You can choose the standby position of the vacuum nozzle of the nozzle-type vacuum sealer to be either "forward" or "backward."

This is an introduction to the optional features of the vacuum sealer manufactured by Masui Giken. When our product is first powered on or when sealing is completed, the vacuum nozzle is typically in a retracted state, waiting. You can choose the standby position of the vacuum nozzle to be either "retracted" as before or "extended." Furthermore, in the case of "extended," you can set the time from the end of sealing until the vacuum nozzle automatically starts to extend. This way, you won't have to feel frustrated with a slow nozzle coming out, nor will you have to panic when the nozzle appears while the finished work is still on the table. Born from customer feedback wanting to balance the amount of gas to be filled and the amount to be degassed, and to know the amount of gas used!

When using a nozzle-type vacuum packaging machine with two nozzles to perform gas replacement in a bag, one nozzle fills the gas while the other nozzle evacuates air. If the balance between the amount of gas being filled and the amount being evacuated is not maintained, the bag will gradually inflate or deflate during the replacement (alternating filling and evacuation) or circulation (filling while evacuating) processes. Additionally, the gas pressure changes due to the remaining amount in the gas cylinder, causing fluctuations in the flow rate of the gas and resulting in inconsistencies in the final product. By installing a flow meter, it became possible to visually monitor and adjust the amounts of gas being filled and evacuated, as well as the inflow and outflow. You can easily adjust the nozzle position by simply entering the desired movement time on the touch panel. Additionally, if you register the settings for the workpieces (up to 9 types), you can work under the same conditions. The standard stroke length is 150mm for tabletop and horizontal stand types, and 250mm for vertical stand types, but it is also possible to attach a 250mm nozzle to the tabletop type.
